Simply, the BEST! Two years ago, I left a very negative review after having to walk out after a mix-up with online check in. Those issues are resolved. I tried SO many other places during that time, and was never REALLY happy. Today, I came back. Wow, the best haircut maybe EVER! Thank you Felicia! Thank you for remembering me, even the kind of boat I own. You are the BEST!

As a handicapped person, even getting a haircut is a major painful undertaking. I have been going to the same stylist for over two years. Today I checked in with a wait time of 26 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I noticed another person had moved in front of me and my wait time jumped to 32 minutes. Since I had a dental appointment, it was impossible to wait. I had to walk out. Very very unhappy!
